Introduction：

200Ton hydraulic vulcanization press industrial hydraulic presses product is composed of the following parts:

1. Frame/column

Use #45(S45C) round steel, ball blast rust cleaning, jolting to remove internal stress, and then move to machining workshop to processing, polishing.

2. Heating Platen

Double sizing rolling #Q235B(SS41) steel plate, normalizing treatment. 

3. Up and down beam

Cast iron QT500(FCD), then process, ensure there’s no deformation.

4. Oil cylinder

Oil cylinder adopts QT500-7 ductile iron, called FCD50 in Japan; piston adopts chilled hard alloy cast iron; seal adopt imported international quality sealing ring and dust proof ring, to ensure long working life.

5.Thermal Baffle

Adopts new type thermal baffle, pressure resistance≥400kg/cm2,thermal conductivity 0.039w/m.h, temperature resistance 220-250℃.

6. Hydraulic System

Oil pump adopts YB-D type vane pump, advantage is low noise, high flow capacity. Hydraulic valve adopts famous brand to ensure that the hydraulic system can keep the pressure drop no more than 10% in one hours time. There’s no jam, no leak and the hydraulic system with auto pressure compensation function.

7. Electronics

Xinjie Brand PLC Russian Language, electronics CHNT or DELIXI brand. Work accurate and stable.
