For example, it can perform a verification load preload once to measure residual deformation; the working load for testing can be input according to standard requirements, sequentially loading and measuring the loading stiffness, and then sequentially unloading and measuring the unloading stiffness. Based on different leaf spring design requirements, known parameters can be input for automatic testing, and the machine automatically returns to the initial test position after completion. For batch testing, its superior performance is even more evident. Users only need to input the test parameters once to automate all operations during the test except for spring replacement, resulting in very high testing efficiency.

The test force measurement and control system comprises a high-precision load sensor, a measurement amplifier, an A/D converter, and a regulated power supply; the displacement measurement and control system consists of an imported displacement sensor, a frequency multiplier and shaping circuit, and a counting circuit. Through various signal processing methods, it achieves computer display, control, and data processing functions.
