Main Functions

The coaxiality tester system, abbreviated as TZDY, is mainly used to evaluate the bending amount generated by loading a specimen mounted on a material testing machine during routine testing. It is suitable for tensile tests, creep tests, and non-axial fatigue tests at commonly used force levels. Loading multiple test points helps with equipment system checks, reduces damage to the testing machine, improves equipment calibration, and extends the service life of the testing machine.

Main Technical Features

1. Multi-segment calibration process for precise strain value calculation;

2. Automatic axis refresh during calibration;

3. Real-time recording of strain values and percentages for the upper, middle, and lower segments;

4. Recording calibration results after completion, and saving images and tables for output;

5. The human-machine interface adopts a standard Windows style, is simple and easy to learn, and can meet normal control, data acquisition, and calculation needs.
