Introduction

This machine is equipped with robot system, realizing automatically specimen charging, feeding and impact tests.

Features

High flexibility of the six-axis robot in cooperation with the sample clamp to pick up and transport specimens;

The robot is controlled by a visual system. By identifying the notch characteristics of the sample, the robot is given motion compensation to achieve notch positioning with a precision of 0.1mm.

The lid of the low-temperature chamber is automatically opened and closed to realize automatic opening when sampling is required and automatic closing after sampling is completed to ensure the accuracy of temperature control in the low-temperature chamber;

The samples are placed by means of stacking sample trays and storing 40 samples in a single tray to meet the requirement of 120 samples being kept warm successively;

Automatic sample feeding with robot to make its operation safer.
