Application:

HST-EP3000W Electrolytic Polishing and Corrosion Instrument is a Metallographic sample preparation instrument integrating electrolytic polishing and corrosion functions. It is suitable for use in laboratories such as factories, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions.

The equipment uses electrochemical principles to prepare metallographic samples, and can also be used for polishing metallographic samples, and can also be used for corrosion of metallographic samples. It has the advantages of fast sample preparation, good repeatability, and no mechanically processed deformation layer. It is an ideal equipment for preparing metallographic samples of non-ferrous metal samples, steel, especially stainless steel.

Main feature

1. The touch screen sets parameters, displays voltage-time, current-time curves, and temperature-time curves, and U disk exports experimental data.

2. Current and voltage scanning, automatic measurement of polarization curve: used to confirm the specific voltage and current of electrolysis or polishing. After the curve is generated, it is used to obtain the optimal parameters (option) for corrosion and polishing of the material.

3. Realize constant current and constant voltage working modes;

4. DC 0~60V / 0~20A (or 0~100V / 0~12A); current/voltage values can be customized;

5. Accurate and stable setting of current value, current adjustment, accuracy to three decimal places, current accuracy: 0.001A;

6． Accurate and stable voltage setting, voltage adjustment, accuracy to two decimal places, voltage accuracy: 0.01V

7． The working voltage and current can be input into the computer to facilitate further data analysis and research (options: RS232, RS485, wireless connection, one of the three connection methods to connect to the computer).

8. Power supply overvoltage, overheating and mains input overvoltage and undervoltage protection;

9. The polishing/etching area of the sample can be controlled (sample cover opening diameter 10mm, 15mm, 20mm);

10. Set and control polishing/etching work times;

11． Real-time digital display of solution temperature, automatic alarm when the set temperature is exceeded (optional); automatic opening of cooling device (optional);

12. The stirring device ensures uniform polishing/etching media and consistent sample surface environment.
