Product Introduction

Widely used in universities, colleges, and enterprises in the fields of biology, chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and physical property testing. It provides users with a controlled, uniform, and constant temperature source for conducting constant temperature experiments or tests on experimental samples or manufactured products. It can also serve as a direct heating or cooling, or auxiliary heating or cooling heat source or cold source.

● Latest independently developed temperature control technology, equipped with a high-standard PT100 and all imported electronic components.

● The software system can correct errors between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, ensuring accurate temperature readings.

● Standard large-screen LCD display, providing a comprehensive view of multiple data points, with a temperature display resolution of up to 0.01℃.

● Over-temperature protection and over-temperature alarm; the over-temperature alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature exceeds the limit.

● Timer function; the total operating time of the equipment can be set, and the load will be automatically cut off after the set time.

● Concealed cooling coil design ensures more usable space within the tank.

● Intelligent software ensures strong temperature stability. PID control automatically adjusts parameters to the optimal level for different media, and users can also manually readjust parameters.

● Software digital locking controls all system settings to prevent unauthorized operation and ensure accurate experimental data.

● High-efficiency, fully enclosed compressor cooling provides rapid cooling and multiple protections against overheating and overcurrent.

● Standard internal and external circulation function. The external circulation inlet and outlet pipes have an outer diameter of 10mm, meeting various user needs in different scenarios.

● Non-standard customization is supported.

● Liquid Level Protection System – Forces load shutdown when the liquid level exceeds the limit, protecting users' experiments.

● RS485 Communication Interface – Connects to a computer or other host computer for device control and data viewing via software.

● Multi-Point Correction Function – Simultaneously corrects multiple temperature points to avoid temperature differences caused by sensor linearity errors.

● External PT100 – Enables precise temperature control for external circulation.

● Support – Allows different containers to be placed in the tank without being submerged in the constant-temperature liquid.
