1. Application:

The HST-ZDF60 impact specimen notch imager is a special optical instrument designed and developed by us based on the actual needs of the current domestic users and the requirements for the notch of impact specimens in GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method". It is used to check the processing quality of the notch of Charpy V-type and U-type impact specimens. The optical imaging method is used to enlarge the contour of the V or U-type notch of the impact specimen to be tested and convert it to the computer display screen, and compare it with the pre-programmed standard samples of the impact specimen V and U-type notch to determine whether the notch processing of the impact specimen being tested is qualified. Its advantages are simple operation, intuitive inspection and comparison, and high efficiency.

In short, this imager is a must-have special equipment for physical and chemical laboratories in metallurgy, boiler pressure vessels, vehicle and ship, engineering machinery manufacturing and scientific research departments.

The instrument can also be used for the projection detection of the appearance contour of mechanical parts, textile fibers, biological slice analysis, tool inspection, instrument components and semiconductor devices.

2. Working Principle

This imager is a new measurement technology. It uses a telecentric lens to reduce the product outline by dozens of times and then transmits it to a 5-megapixel high-resolution CCD camera for digital processing. The powerful background drawing measurement software quickly captures the product outline according to the pre-programmed instructions. Finally, it compares it with the ruler formed by the tiny pixels of the high-pixel camera to calculate the product size and complete the evaluation of the dimensional tolerance.
