1. Mechanical Features:

(1) The transmission part of this instrument adopts a worm gear reducer combination structure. This fully ensures the stability of the instrument during transmission while also taking into account the durability of the machine.

(2) The lower pressure plate rises using a double linear bearing structure, which fully ensures the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates during the rising process.

2. Electrical Features:

The instrument adopts a single-chip microcomputer control system and a servo motor power system. The rising, falling, and return speeds are adjustable, which fully saves test time. The touch screen displays a full Chinese menu, with a high degree of automation. High-precision sensors are used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test results.

3. Data Processing and Storage Features:

 It can store experimental data of multiple samples and can statistically analyze the maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of samples in the same group. These data are stored in the data storage device and can be displayed on the LCD screen. In addition, the instrument also has a printing function: it can print the statistical data of the tested samples according to the requirements of the experimental report.
