Introduction:

The fully automatic smoothness tester is a new type of testing instrument developed by our company, strictly in accordance with GB/T456-2008 "Determination of Smoothness of Paper and Paperboard (Beck Method)". This instrument maintains the stability of our earlier products, incorporates the advantages of foreign instruments while overcoming the shortcomings of domestic instruments, adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and utilizes microcomputer processing technology, servo control technology, and dual-channel sensor detection technology. It achieves one-button fully automatic testing and is comparable to imported instruments.

Features:

1. Employs a servo-controlled speed motor and a high-precision force sensor, ensuring smooth and impact-free paper pressing with more precise pressing force (100±0.5kPa accuracy).

 

Note: Direct use of a weight or lever mechanism can impact the sample, causing damage. Other fully automatic smoothness testers in China use spring pressure mechanisms, which are prone to inaccurate pressure due to spring fatigue and variations in pressure depending on the sample thickness.

 

2. Utilizes a 32-bit ARM high-speed processor and high-precision analog circuitry, enabling smooth measurement and control.

 

3. Features a 5-inch color touchscreen with Chinese display and touch buttons, making operation simple and intuitive.

 

4. Employs precise airflow detection technology; the instrument automatically identifies the required range for the test sample and automatically switches between ranges. It also precisely controls the degassing rate according to different samples, ensuring pre-pressing of the sample for 60 seconds as per national standards.

 

5. A fast testing mode has been added, significantly shortening the testing time to no more than 130 seconds.

 

6. Employs an imported oil-free vacuum pump, requiring no lubrication and maintenance-free for life.

 

7. Added USB communication interface and RS232 interface options, and automatically calculates the difference between two surfaces according to standard built-in features.
