The severe impact testing machine is professional equipment for standardized impact tests, also known as standard impact tester. It serves as an equivalent alternative to the C-200 type severe impact machine specified in GJB standards, suitable for test samples with a total weight (including fixtures) ranging from 0 to 0.2 tons.
Compliant Standards
MIL-STD-202F Method 207A, Test methods for electronic and electrical components, severe impact test.
MIL-S-901C (1), High impact test requirements for shipboard machinery, equipment and systems.

Equipment Composition and Working Principle
1. Main Composition
It is mainly composed of 1 set of severe impact tester main unit, 1 set of electric control cabinet and 1 set of standard tooling.
2. Working Principle
The lifting mechanism raises the heavy pendulum to a preset height, then releases it for free fall to strike the test bench with specimens installed. The specimens are subjected to complex impact load to verify their impact resistance performance.
Function
Equipped with two impact hammers moving in different directions, namely horizontal hammer and vertical hammer, the equipment can realize three-direction impact motion.
The lifting system is designed to endow each impact hammer with required impact energy, which consists of electric reduction unit, high-strength chain, hook, rotating arm, vertical guide rail, limit stop rod, pendulum angle indicator disc and other components.
Support plates are installed at the lower end of the moving stroke of both impact hammers. When one hammer is in operation, the other will be supported and kept away from the impact base plate.
Travel switches are fitted at the upper stroke limit of the two hammers to automatically stop the equipment when the chain hook reaches the top position, so as to protect mechanical parts from damage.
Sets of positioning springs are arranged around the base plate in three directions for initial positioning and buffering. The filler wood on the base frame serves as part of the buffer structure during lateral impact. The whole system is integrally connected by the frame and base assembly.
