Introduction:
The folding endurance tester is a specialized instrument for determining the folding fatigue strength of paper, paperboard, and other sheet materials. Designed based on the internationally accepted MIT-type folding endurance working principle and standards such as GB/T2679.5 Determination of folding endurance of paper and paperboard, QB/T1049 Folding endurance tester for paper and paperboard, ISO5626 Paper—Determination of folding endurance, and GBT 457 Determination of folding endurance of paper and paperboard, it features an opto-mechatronic integrated structure capable of automatically counting the number of double folds of the test sample.
Features:
1. The instrument employs photoelectric control technology, enabling the folding clamp to automatically return to its original position after each experiment, facilitating subsequent operations.
2. The instrument possesses powerful data processing capabilities: it can not only convert the number of folds and corresponding logarithmic values for a single sample, but also statistically analyze experimental data from multiple samples in the same group, calculating the maximum, minimum, average, and coefficient of variation for each sample. This data is stored in a microcomputer and displayed on a touchscreen LCD.
3. The instrument is equipped with a miniature printer for data printing.
