Application:

Applicable to the hardness determination of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and the hardness determination of some non-metallic materials.

It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for the precise measurement of parallel planes. Moreover, the curved surface measurement is stable and reliable.

Features:

1.Using electric loading, high-precision sensors, with a unique closed-loop control system, each gear is automatically compensated.

2.Automatic turret, the test head and the objective lens are automatically switched between each other during testing, the test point is automatically positioned accurately, automatically loaded, and automatically unloaded.

3.Eyepiece structure with digital encoder, measure D1, D2 value, LCD directly display hardness value and D1, D2 value.

4.Can be calibrated according to standard hardness block or length scale.

5.The test force can be automatically corrected by a standard dynamometer.

6.The Rockwell and Vickers hardness values can be converted.

7.All data is saved in U disk in EXCEL format.
