Application:

HST-HBRV187.5D Electric Universal Hardness Tester is a multi-purpose and multi-functional hardness tester that can perform Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers Hardness Tests and seven-level test force, which can meet the requirements of various Hardness Tests of users. It is a high-precision, high-stability Hardness Tester with improved mechanical structure and improved stability.

Mainly used:

Determination of Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and hard alloys.

Wide range of applications, can be widely used to determine:

a. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys;

b. Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenching, quenching and tempering;

c. Vickers hardness of nitriding layer, ceramics, thin plate, metal sheet, electroplating layer and tiny parts.

Features:

1.The fuselage part of the product is formed at one time by the casting process and has undergone a long-term aging treatment. Compared with the paneling process, the long-term use of the deformation is extremely small, and it can effectively adapt to various harsh environments;
