Application Range
This testing machine adopts sliding friction mode. Under specified test conditions, it is used to evaluate the service performance of engineering plastics, powder metallurgy materials, alloy bearing materials and other materials, as well as measure their wear resistance. Tests can be carried out by adjusting various parameters including load, speed, test duration, friction pair material, surface roughness and hardness. It can measure material wear loss as well as the electrochemical characteristics generated during the wear process. This friction and wear tester is mainly applied to assess the wear resistance of cemented carbides under abrasive wear conditions.
